AIRTICKET PRO is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or improper travel documentation. AIRTICKET PRO acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel service providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting therefrom. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to cancellations, schedule changes, or other changes by travel service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for our services.

9. Force Majeure

AIRTICKET PRO is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, war, terrorism, strikes, and governmental actions.
